If you've ever felt like your mind is a browser with 100 tabs open, or like you're juggling invisible balls while walking on a tightrope, then hello, anxiety might be your uninvited guest. It's that pesky voice that whispers, "Hey, let's overthink everything at 3 AM," and turns your stomach into a knot factory. Whether it's sweating about an upcoming meeting or replaying conversations from 2007, anxiety has a way of making mountains out of molehills. But guess what? You're not alone, and it doesn't have to be your forever plus-one. Let's chat about ways to turn down the volume on those anxious thoughts and find your chill. After all, you wouldn’t let other people talk to in the way that your brain does now.

Ever feel like you're stuck in a never-ending loop of "meh"? Like your get-up-and-go just got-up-and-went without leaving a note? That's depression, the uninvited couch surfer of the mind, making everything feel like you're moving through peanut butter. It's not just about being sad; it's the colors fading to gray, the laughter not reaching your eyes, and the world feeling a bit too heavy on your shoulders. Sometimes, it whispers lies like "Why bother?" or turns your motivation into a distant memory. But here's the deal: it's okay to not be okay, and you don't have to navigate this foggy road alone. Let's talk about finding some light together, because your story isn't over; it's just waiting for the next chapter.

Have you ever felt so overwelmed you panic or freeze? Is your mind full of thoughts all the time and unclear? Then ADHD may be something going on. It is like your brain is a fast ferrari with bicycle breaks. So when people say to slow the brain down it seems near to impossible. You also lose your keys or seem forgetful. You can have two things. Sometimes your brain can fixate and sometimes it can’t pay attention. Sometimes your brain overthinks to the worse possible scenario in 5 seconds flat and sometimes there is nothing there so you say “I don’t know” to questions. Sometimes you have motivation to learn something until you’ve learned everything and sometimes you can’t start to learn to save your life. You also need routine and can’t keep routine. You need the shiny and get scared by the shiny. Let’s talk about your brain and find ways to begin flipping what feels like curses and struggles to gifts and strengths.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. Whether you are adjusting to retirement, coping with loss, or simply seeking support, we are here to walk with you every step of the way. We would love to talk to you about it and help you find some significant quality in your life.

Do you find people commenting on your substance use in a negative way? Do you notice you’ve lost or had issues with good, healthy relationships recently and wonder why? Do you notice yourself picking events and time where you can use your substance? Substance use could be part of it. We don’t realize how it affects us until things are really bad. We don’t realize we treat it like our best friend … losing our best friends. Life can feel overwhelming, and turning to substances might seem like the only way to cope. But there is a path forward, one filled with healing, support, and hope. We understand that substance use is often tied to stress, trauma, and mental health struggles. We use compassion and real tools to help adults rebuild their lives — without judgment. It is never too late to shift to a brighter future. We would love to collaborate, fist bump, and connect with you on that journey.

Feel like your brain is a bit of a hoarder, hanging onto memories you'd rather donate to the void? That's trauma, the unwelcome scrapbooker of our minds, pasting in pages we'd rather tear out. It's sneaky, showing up unannounced in flashes or feelings, turning ordinary moments into emotional minefields. It's like walking around with invisible weights, where the past feels heavier than it has any right to be in the present. It can also show up as restlessness and checking exits for no reason. WE don’t talk about how even when we get our flashes and thoughts under control our bodies are triggered by noises or touch. We can also be constantly or periodically reactive and stiff with physical pain. Let's collaborate and talk about setting down some of that weight and restlessness. You deserve to travel light and reclaim your narrative. Remember, every step forward is a victory, no matter how small.
